Do I have to buy a sizing kit?

• YES! please make sure you buy a sizing kit before you place an order for custom press on nails. this ensures that you have the perfect fit

How do i apply my nails?

• an application kit is included with you order and contains everything you need to apply your press ons!

  1. first, use the cuticle pusher to gently push back your cuticles

  2. second, use the small file and buff the top of your nail plate, it will look “rough” and you’ll see micro scratches on your nail. don’t do this too hard! just enough to remove the shine from your nails

  3. third, take the alcohol prep pad and use it to remove all the dust and oil from your nails. this will make your nails look white, that’s perfect!

  4. lastly, apply a small amount of glue to your nail, take your press on and starting at the cuticle slowly press down at a 45 degree angle until nail is fully on. gently hold it on for 10-15 seconds.

My nails keep popping off… HELP!

• did you thoroughly prep your nails before application? this is the most crucial step to making sure your nails last!

• are you making sure to care for your nails while you have them on? remember, jewels not tools! also make sure you are moisturizing your hands and cuticles, dry nails can also create lifting.

• did you get them wet within 2 hours of application? try your best to keep your hands dry for at least 2 hours after you apply your nails! I apply mine right before I go to bed, because I know my hands will be dry while I sleep.

• are you picking at them? I know it can be hard to resist, but don’t lift or pick at the edges of your nails.

• were your hands soaking for more than 30 minutes? try to avoid your hands soaking in a hot tub, swimming pool, or bathtub for more than 30 minutes!

• are your nails the proper sizes? if you can see your natural nail on the sides, the press on is on your skin/cuticle on the sides or bottom, or if the nail feels like its “pinching” or “tight” then you probably have the wrong size nails. I recommend resizing your nails to make sure you have the most perfect fit.

Can you rush my order?

• due to shipping times, the soonest I can rush an order is 5 day turn around time. this will cost extra, so please reach out!

I lost one or more of my nails… can I get a replacement?

• definitely! send me an email and I can make you replacement nails. each replacement nails is $2-$7 depending on the nail art/design.
